These Pugs, Bostons and "specials" were rescued and are being fostered by caring volunteers.  Please consider them, if you are looking for a loving, loyal companion.

1/15/18:  Hello all.  I’m a very lucky ten year old.  I was in rough shape when I came into rescue.  I am diabetic and my blood sugar wasn’t under control but it is now, thanks to a new healthy diet and 2 insulin shots per day (small price to pay for the companionship and love you will get from me).  I don’t see very well, but get around the house just fine, and between all of my senses am able to follow my foster mom everywhere she goes.  I get along well with everyone including children, other dogs, and cats.  I enjoy relaxing and being wherever my human is.  I’m not very high-energy, unless I am looking for my foster mom.  I don’t hear as well as I used to, but I can definitely adapt to my surroundings and know where everyone is at all times…as well as my comfy bed.

As you can see, I am a very handsome boy that just wants to please my human and be near them.   Please contact PROOF if you would want to be my human.

1/15/18:  Hello there!  My name is Mia and I’m a petite three-year-old little girl.  I came to Pug Rescue from a shelter because I was found as a stray.  They think I may have had a run-in with a car and that has my back leg a little wonky and my eye had to be removed.  I’m all recovered now except for heart worms.  I start treatment this week.  I am up to date on all my shots, spayed, and I weigh only about 11 pounds.  I’m just a tiny little snuggle-pug.  I am most happy when I can curl up in your lap and snore!

Doggie's Details -9/20/17:

Perry the Pug aka.. Biggie.. is about 9 and a very special dog!  He came into our rescue after he was found abandoned in a garage in Central Florida in the middle of the summer!  We soon realized he could not hear us! So, we developed some sign language and it works.  Perry follows hand commands better than verbal commands to my hearing pug!  He is very smart and always willing to please me.  After several months of treatment his severe ear infection is gone and he does have some of his hearing back!  He will need a forever family that is willing to talk to him with hand gestures!  Perry is very territorial when it comes to his home, his yard, and his people.  Also, Perry is housed trained totally, but occasionally “marks” in the house.  Perry loves to have his baths, belly rubs, back scratches and his people! He is a loyal and regal pugger!!  He is being fostered by CENTRAL FLORIDA PUG RESCUE.
